What you will do

• Own end-to-end HubSpot hygiene, including data cleaning, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Build and maintain automations using Zapier and N8n to integrate HubSpot, Slack, and AI tools.
• Review and manage client contracts in PandaDoc, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation for the sales function.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and process accuracy.
• Support leadership with ad-hoc operational projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or operational support.
• Hands-on experience building automations with Zapier, N8n, Make, or similar tools.
• Strong HubSpot proficiency in pipeline management, reporting, and workflow building.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and build processes from scratch.
• Must be based in the Philippines or Latin America and available during 9 AM – 5 PM EST.

Nice to have

• Experience with contract review (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs) or legal operations.
• Experience supporting US-based startups.
• Familiarity with PandaDoc or similar contract management tools.
• Experience creating operational playbooks and SOPs.
