What you will do
- Track workflows and operational tasks across multiple departments to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain and update operational dashboards, trackers, and KPI reporting systems.
- Manage and document internal SOPs to ensure audit-ready records.
- Coordinate with external vendors regarding service delivery, SLAs, and invoicing.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to leadership.
- Support cross-functional communication between operations, finance, HR, and leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or business support roles.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for dashboarding and KPI tracking.
- Experience with operational systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or NetSuite.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be based in the U.S. with a reliable remote work setup.
Nice to have
- Background in process improvement or workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience supporting SaaS, logistics, or professional services businesses.
- Exposure to compliance documentation or audit preparation.
