What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications and documentation.
• Manage and process customer applications from intake to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Navigate and maintain established program workflows and operational procedures.
• Analyze data reports to derive actionable insights and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with data collection efforts for internal audits and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Must live within a reasonable distance of Allentown, PA.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 3-6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
