Compensation Analyst

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $69,500 – $104,200

What you will do

• Administer compensation programs, policies, and processes in alignment with company philosophy.
• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses to ensure external competitiveness.
• Analyze compensation and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles, including merit and incentive programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including FLSA and pay transparency.
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate metrics and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in Compensation, HR Analytics, or Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation, and market pricing techniques.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
• Experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro).
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Retail industry experience.
