Salary: $69,500 – $104,200

What you will do
- Administer compensation programs, policies, and processes in alignment with company philosophy.
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses to ensure external competitiveness.
- Analyze compensation and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles, including merit and incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including FLSA and pay transparency.
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate metrics and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in Compensation, HR Analytics, or Finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, formulas).
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation, and market pricing techniques.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
- Experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro).
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Retail industry experience.
