What you will do

• Administer compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and equity.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Support the annual compensation planning cycle including merit and bonus processes.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to business leaders and HR partners.
• Provide guidance on job offers, promotions, and internal movements.
• Maintain and refine job architecture frameworks and titling structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant compensation or HR experience.
• Strong expertise in market pricing methodologies and HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
• Proven ability to independently manage moderately complex projects.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Effective communication and influencing skills for stakeholder management.
