Salary: $112,000 - $172,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of semiannual compensation processes.
  • Conduct annual compensation studies to evaluate market positioning, including role auditing and benchmarking survey submissions.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses for incentive compensation, equity programs, and pay equity.
  • Own the pay reporting process across all geographies supported by the company.
  • Develop and deliver compensation training and communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics.
  • Experience with compensation management systems, specifically Pave.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Sigma Computing, or Claude Code.
  • Must be based in Canada; no visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high integrity.
