TL;DR

Total Rewards Analyst: Supporting the administration and enhancement of global compensation policies and programs with an accent on market analysis, job pricing, and data insights. Focus on maintaining job architecture, supporting annual compensation reviews, and ensuring competitive reward strategies across the organization.

Location: Must be based in Calgary, Canada, with an office-based requirement of three or more days per week.

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day support to HR and business leaders regarding compensation inquiries.
  • Conduct benchmarking and job pricing analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Support the design and implementation of base salary and incentive programs.
  • Prepare data analysis, reports, and presentations for leadership stakeholders.
  • Participate in annual compensation reviews, including system testing and process improvements.
  • Maintain job architecture, including job banding and evaluation frameworks.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation or Total Rewards.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with global HCM systems, preferably Workday.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Must be able to work from the Calgary office at least three days per week.
