hirify.global hires a Product Designer to drive UX/UI and design systems for SaaS product experiences.

What you will do

• Conduct UX research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis; turn insights into personas, journey maps, workflows, and user flows.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries; define UI standards for typography, colors, spacing, and interaction patterns.
• Ensure accessibility and usability across devices, browsers, and screen sizes aligned with WCAG 2.1.
• Run A/B tests and use analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude) to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers; deliver developer-ready assets (Figma Dev Mode or Zeplin) with clear specs and documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, product thinking, and UI execution (including responsive design).
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and accessibility.

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS products, consumer applications, or enterprise software.
• Experience with scalable design systems.
• Basic front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel and Amplitude.
