What you will do

• Own end-to-end design of medium-complexity features from problem discovery to final delivery.
• Translate user and business needs into clear, scalable UX/UI solutions.
• Create user flows, mockups, visually polished UI, and interactive prototypes.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve shared design systems and UX standards across products.
• Partner with product managers and engineering to ensure high UI implementation quality.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in UX/UI, usability, and human-centered design principles.
• Strong visual design skills for creating consistent and appealing product interfaces.
• Practical knowledge of AI technologies, best practices, and AI-assisted design tools.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams, preferably in B2B/SaaS.
• English: Upper-hirify.globalte (B2) or higher required.
• Must be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, including dashboards and charts.
• Data-driven design experience using tools like Pendo.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
• Familiarity with enterprise UI guidelines and basic HTML/CSS.
