UX Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design high-value, user-centered software experiences for digital banking.
• Conduct formal and informal user research and usability testing, producing professional reports.
• Create detailed UX deliverables: personas, site maps, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
• Establish and influence UI pattern creation to ensure consistency across the product suite.
• Collaborate with content writers, product managers, developers, and QA to deliver optimized solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior designers while meeting quarterly project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Information Architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of UX design experience.
• Expertise in Figma, Axure, and advanced prototyping/wireframing techniques.
• Deep understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and multi-device design.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines.

Nice to have

• Visual design and content management experience.
• Knowledge of the Agile software development lifecycle.
• Front-end development familiarity (HTML & CSS).
