What you will do

• Facilitate user research and usability testing to drive product discovery and solution framing.
• Design anticipatory, AI-assisted experiences that surface the next right action for users.
• Create process flows, information architecture, and wireframes through to high-fidelity designs.
• Build working prototypes using code-based tooling and contribute patterns to the design system.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to validate design decisions using behavioral analytics.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• BA/BS in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in product or experience design.
• Strong research skills with experience facilitating usability testing and interpreting findings.
• Comfort working in command-line interfaces and code-based design tools.
• Fluency in Figma and experience working within design systems.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced, technical environment.
