UX Designer (Enterprise)

Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to define design requirements.
• Translate complex business and technical needs into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
• Create wireframes, conceptual diagrams, and interactive prototypes while maintaining detailed specifications.
• Contribute to and expand the existing pattern library in collaboration with the UI infrastructure team.
• Communicate design rationale and user-centered processes to stakeholders effectively.
• Evaluate features using usability heuristics and design best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UX design for enterprise products with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma is required.
• Experience designing information-rich interfaces such as data visualizations and complex business workflows.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., Figma Make, Cursor).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards like WCAG.
