What you will do

  • Generate qualified leads for the company and its diverse client portfolio.
  • Book appointments and quotations for client representatives to visit prospects on-site.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns using Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain detailed appointment and lead tracking records in Excel.
  • Provide daily email reports on booking activities and conversion results.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while adhering to established scripts and processes.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Strong communication skills with clear English proficiency.
  • Willingness to work 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Australian Eastern Time.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for calling and Excel for reporting.
  • Ability to meet measurable booking targets within the first two weeks.
