What you will do
- Generate qualified leads for the company and its diverse client portfolio.
- Book appointments and quotations for client representatives to visit prospects on-site.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns using Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain detailed appointment and lead tracking records in Excel.
- Provide daily email reports on booking activities and conversion results.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while adhering to established scripts and processes.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Strong communication skills with clear English proficiency.
- Willingness to work 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Australian Eastern Time.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for calling and Excel for reporting.
- Ability to meet measurable booking targets within the first two weeks.
