What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth and retention by owning contract renewals and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build long-term partnerships with high-value accounts through tailored engagement strategies and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Act as the primary customer advocate, collaborating with Product, Legal, and Finance teams to transform requirements into solutions.
  • Lead strategic customer projects and resolve mid-level escalations autonomously.
  • Forecast and manage a large-scale expansion pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prioritize the book of business based on risk and potential to ensure consistent account health.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or commercial roles within B2B SaaS and Food Tech.
  • Legal right to work in Australia (no relocation assistance provided).
  • Fluency in English (required).
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscriptions, and expansion paths.
  • Knowledge of APIs/integrations and ability to use data to identify churn signals.
  • Expertise in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
