What you will do

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to strengthen market presence and drive revenue.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with retail and brand partners.

• Manage and mentor a team of Key Account Managers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communication, or related fields (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of fintech, banking, e-commerce, and retail ecosystems.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Fluent English (oral and written) for effective business communication.
