What you will do
- Lead a team of 4 Team Leaders to drive acquisition for GoPay, Moka, and Spiker products across North East Jakarta.
- Ensure the consistent achievement of company targets while adhering to sales SOPs and quality metrics.
- Coach and mentor team members to refine acquisition skills and provide tailored solutions for merchant-partners.
- Develop and implement tailor-made regional sales strategies in collaboration with the Region Head.
- Monitor performance using CRM, Google Workspace, and Data Studio to track input and output metrics.
- Analyze sales data to derive actionable insights and solve complex operational problems in a structured manner.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of overall solid sales experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading multi-tier sales teams (managing other managers) with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for merchant acquisition and retention.
- Experience launching new markets for existing products or new products in existing markets.
- Knowledge of distribution-centric roles (e.g., Telecom, FMCG), route mapping, and sector-wise planning.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Data Studio.
