Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 Annually + Commission + Equity + Bonus

What you will do
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and agency meetings to generate and qualify leads.
- Execute multi-channel outbound strategies to build relationships with law enforcement and emergency management agencies.
- Manage the full lead lifecycle, from initial outreach to booking discovery and demo meetings for Account Executives.
- Refine talk tracks, objection handling, and qualification frameworks based on performance data.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and territory insights within the CRM.
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and engineering teams to support deal progression.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Must be able to work out of offices in San Francisco, CA, or Washington, DC.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the U.S.
- Proven track record of performing in demanding, high-velocity environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging on the fly.
- Strong time management, CRM hygiene, and attention to detail.
