What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Build and manage personal prospecting lists to identify decision-makers.
- Book qualified meetings and ensure high show-up rates for the closing team.
- Develop and refine objection-handling strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track key sales performance metrics.
- Report daily and weekly activity to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or Outbound Sales Representative.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work U.S. Business Hours.
- Demonstrated success in hitting outbound sales targets.
- Proficiency in multi-channel prospecting and CRM management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to U.S.-based clients.
- Background in B2B sales, marketing services, or home services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with auto-dialers like CloudTalk or Aircall.
