What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage personal prospecting lists to identify decision-makers.
  • Book qualified meetings and ensure high show-up rates for the closing team.
  • Develop and refine objection-handling strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track key sales performance metrics.
  • Report daily and weekly activity to ensure consistent pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or Outbound Sales Representative.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work U.S. Business Hours.
  • Demonstrated success in hitting outbound sales targets.
  • Proficiency in multi-channel prospecting and CRM management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to U.S.-based clients.
  • Background in B2B sales, marketing services, or home services.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with auto-dialers like CloudTalk or Aircall.
