What you will do

  • Generate qualified prospechirify.global and customer meetings for Account Execuhirify.globals.
  • Research key accounts within the ICP to craft personalized messaging via phone, email, and social media.
  • Manage and own the outbound pipeline, ensuring a constant influx of qualified leads.
  • Become a subject-matter expert on hirify.global's solutions and competihirify.global market positioning.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach.

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of experience in high-tech B2B marketing, inside sales, or sales development.
  • Must be local to Boston, MA and willing to work from the office.
  • Strong hunter mentality with high motivation and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in multi-approach prospecting (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with lead management, opportunity qualification, and territory management.
  • Professional proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
