Location: Must be based in Poland, Portugal, Spain, or the UK (Hybrid or Remote options available).

Compensation: PLN 19,800 – PLN 29,200 gross monthly (for Poland-based roles).

What you will do

• Advise on the structuring of new and existing financial products in payments and banking.
• Draft customer-facing legal documentation for financial products.
• Manage regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications during product expansion.
• Engage and collaborate directly with European and local regulators.
• Handle complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
• Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of PQE in a legal role.
• Experience advising on financial regulations in Europe.
• Proven expertise with PSD2 and CRD.
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
