Senior Employment Counsel – EMEA

What you will do

• Advise UK and EMEA teams on hiring, performance management, terminations, compensation, investigations, and employee relations.
• Partner with the People team and business leaders to build compliant, scalable employee lifecycle practices.
• Lead and oversee internal workplace investigations.
• Collaborate on employment-related litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Develop policies, training, templates, and tooling for UK and EMEA employment requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support cross-border employment, remote work, international expansion, and mobility matters.

Requirements

• 5–11 years of post-qualification experience focused primarily on UK employment law.
• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
• Deep expertise in UK employment law and exposure to employment laws across EMEA.
• Experience advising on sensitive employee relations matters and investigations.
• Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to work across time zones with strong judgment and discretion.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
