What you will do

• Serve as the primary employment counsel for UK and EMEA teams, advising on hiring, performance management, terminations, and employee relations.
• Partner with the People team and business leaders to implement compliant and scalable employee lifecycle practices.
• Conduct and oversee internal workplace investigations.
• Lead employment-related litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Develop and scale regional employment processes through policies, training, and templates.
• Monitor EMEA regulatory developments and support cross-border mobility and remote work issues.

Requirements

• 5–11 years of post-qualification experience focusing primarily on UK employment law.
• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in UK employment law and exposure to other EMEA jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to lead sensitive employee relations matters and investigations.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently across time zones in a high-growth business.

• Additional legal qualifications or experience in other EMEA jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
