Talent Special Projects Manager

What you will do

• Execute talent projects in partnership with Talent Leadership to support organizational growth.
• Analyze business needs, workforce trends, and data to develop and improve talent management processes.
• Design and implement talent strategies addressing employee retention, development, and organizational change.
• Lead communication, training, and rollout activities for new or updated people programs.
• Develop tailored learning and development programs with Talent and Business Leaders and internal and external partners.
• Provide empathetic coaching and guidance on complex, confidential employee matters.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Talent Engagement and Management, preferably supporting Engineering, Product, or Design teams.
• Experience independently driving complex projects to completion in ambiguous and complex environments.
• Ability to influence and partner with employees and stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent work experience.
