Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office) in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner by running Executive Business Reviews tied to client KPIs.
- Lead the full renewal cycle and implement proactive save strategies to hit retention targets.
- Identify and close organic growth and expansion opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
- Develop and maintain customer health frameworks using leading indicators in HubSpot and BI tools.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Engineering to advocate for client needs and influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of independently managing a book of business and hitting commercial targets.
- Experience with customer health score frameworks and data-driven portfolio management.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder accounts and communicate with C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in CRM and CS tools such as HubSpot, Gainsight, or Planhat.
- Business fluency in English.

- Proficiency in Spanish, French, or Czech/Slovak.
