Salary: PHP 40,000/month + Performance Bonuses

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job posting to final offer acceptance.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth candidate interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and manage candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment workflows in ATS/CRM platforms.
• Support onboarding processes and track key recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines with a stable home office setup (100 Mbps internet, backup power/device).
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple job openings.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S.-based recruitment accounts.
• Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Experience with recruitment reporting and data analytics.
