Full Cycle Recruiter

Location: Remote from the Philippines; flexible availability for U.S. business hours and any day of the week required.

Salary: PHP 40,000/month plus performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews among candidates, hiring managers, and clients while maintaining clear communication.
• Build talent pipelines and track recruitment activity using ATS and CRM platforms.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, support pre-employment processes, and improve sourcing workflows.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, executive search, HR, or candidate sourcing.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal, required.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluations.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar tools.
• Strong organization, multitasking, time management, sourcing, and Boolean search skills.
• Must be available for flexible U.S. business hours and work remotely from the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S.-based recruitment or staffing.
• Experience recruiting for sales, customer service, healthcare, administrative, operations, or professional roles.
• Experience with JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
