Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and approach new business opportunities across the Italian-speaking market.
  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Develop long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Present product solutions to prospects and understand their specific business needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and outreach targets while tracking activity in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing teams to ensure excellent client service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or account management.
  • Native or fluent Italian proficiency required.
  • High level of Spanish and English proficiency required.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to work effectively with targets, KPIs, and sales metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce, wholesale, textile, or fashion industries.
  • Basic graphic design literacy.
