What you will do
- Proactively identify and approach new business opportunities across the Italian-speaking market.
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
- Develop long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Present product solutions to prospects and understand their specific business needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and outreach targets while tracking activity in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing teams to ensure excellent client service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or account management.
- Native or fluent Italian proficiency required.
- High level of Spanish and English proficiency required.
- Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Ability to work effectively with targets, KPIs, and sales metrics.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, wholesale, textile, or fashion industries.
- Basic graphic design literacy.
