What you will do
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from initial prospecting and outreach to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and solution-based consultations with business owners and executives.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities while ensuring accurate CRM records.
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with customer success and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to refine conversion strategies and improve pipeline velocity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account executive roles, or full-cycle business development.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high performance.
- Must be located in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Brazil and available during EST hours.

- Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or agency environments.
- Background in mentoring SDRs or junior sales representatives.
