What you will do

• Lead end-to-end incident management lifecycle including detection, triage, escalation, and resolution.
• Drive major incident management processes and communications to improve MTTR through automation.
• Maintain and improve problem management using AI/ML for trend analysis and proactive identification.
• Govern change management processes ensuring safe, compliant, and low-risk deployments.
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance system resilience and reduce alert fatigue.
• Implement AI-driven operational solutions for anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, SRE, or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL or similar frameworks).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and AIOps platforms.
• Must be based in the United States (remote - US).
• Proficiency with platforms such as Jira, SNOW, FireHydrant, Moogsoft is preferred.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
