What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and technical sales plans.
• Design and architect secure, scalable networking solutions across wired, wireless, security, and cloud-managed domains.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Develop technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to provide field feedback and influence product direction.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in systems engineering, pre-sales engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong expertise in networking technologies including switching, routing, wireless, and security.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectures.
• Experience delivering customer-facing presentations, demos, and technical workshops.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagements, workshops, and POCs.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-managed networking platforms.
• Background in high-density wireless design and optimization.
• Exposure to automation, scripting, or API-driven networking.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CWNP, or equivalent.
