What you will do

• Own and improve foundational IT infrastructure including Jamf, Okta, and Zscaler.
• Design and maintain automation workflows using Python, Bash, or Okta Workflows to streamline user provisioning and access reviews.
• Execute cross-functional IT projects such as MDM policy deployment and SaaS license consolidation.
• Partner with InfoSec to manage secure authentication architectures and ensure compliance with least-privilege principles.
• Maintain backend architecture including AWS VDI workspaces and GCP-hosted SCIM bridges.
• Provide onsite support for Chicago HQ infrastructure, networking, and conference room technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or systems engineering.
• Okta Certified Professional or Administrator designation with expertise in SSO, MFA, and directory integrations.
• Strong proficiency in macOS environments and Jamf MDM fleet management at scale.
• Experience building logic-driven integrations using platform APIs or automation tools.
• Active interest in utilizing AI productivity tools to drive administrative efficiencies.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Chicago, IL.

Nice to have

• Jamf 200/300 or Google Workspace Administrator certifications.
• Experience managing AWS VDI workspaces and GCP-hosted infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience writing clean scripts in Python or Bash.
• Background in GRC, compliance, or enterprise SaaS environments.
