What you will do

• Own and evolve identity platforms and lifecycle workflows (joiner/mover/leaver) with a focus on least privilege and auditability.
• Manage AWS-based IT infrastructure, including access patterns, networking, logging, and monitoring.
• Design and maintain automations across the IT stack using ServiceNow, Okta Workflows, scripting, and APIs.
• Provide senior technical ownership of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, integrations, and data quality.
• Establish scalable standards and guardrails for IT-owned systems and act as a senior reviewer for complex changes.
• Support enterprise AI tools governance and serve as Tier 3 escalation for critical system incidents.

Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate IT or systems engineering with ownership of identity, SaaS, endpoint, or cloud systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, networking, monitoring) and ServiceNow administration.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash, and comfort with REST APIs and JSON.
• Deep experience with enterprise identity platforms like Okta, including SSO and lifecycle workflows.
• Demonstrated ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management (MDM, patching, compliance).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jamf, Intune, or Kolide for endpoint posture management.
• Admin experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, or Glean.
• Experience designing automations with Okta Workflows, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with MCP-based integrations and AI-assisted workflow guardrails.
• Experience supporting ITGC, SOX/IT controls, or access review audits.
