What you will do

• Oversee 24/7 daily shift operations and rigidly uphold SOPs for electronic monitoring and physical inspections.
• Manage on-site performance of partners, including Salute Mission Critical and colocation landlords.
• Own the site’s Leak Response Plan and conduct drills to ensure rapid isolation of failed DLC components.
• Perform "white glove" inspections of data halls and manage critical spare parts inventory.
• Transition into a regional role, mentoring Site Managers and standardizing SOPs across multiple high-density AI facilities.
• Serve as the regional SME for high-density AI infrastructure and oversee regional supply chain logistics for DLC parts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data center or critical infrastructure operations (e.g., Navy Nuclear, Power Plant).
• Prior supervisory experience progressing into multi-site leadership.
• Deep expertise in high-density power, liquid-cooled environments, and complex cooling topologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems and read Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
• Fluency in English and relevant regional business languages.
• Must be located in Kansas City, MO for initial on-site phase.
