What you will do

• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical incidents as the primary point of escalation for the IT Support team.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and procurement for internally used applications.
• Architect systems, user flows, and solutions to support internal operations.
• Document support tasks and create repeatable processes for team training and consistency.
• Leverage AI and automation to optimize IT system performance and security.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with automation and scripting (Python, Go) for managing macOS environments.
• Experience administering MDM or RMM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune, Workspace ONE).
• Experience supporting identity management systems such as Okta, OneLogin, or Entra.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance frameworks and policies.
• Multimedia content creation experience.
