TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generating, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting with an accent on consultative discovery and pipeline growth. Focus on executing multi-channel outreach campaigns, managing CRM records, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive revenue in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Location: Must be based in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, or Bahrain. Work is remote but requires alignment with U.S. business hours.

What you will do

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify business needs, budget, and decision-making processes.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via phone, social outreach, and email.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation in platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to prepare handoff notes and optimize sales messaging.
  • Track outreach activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales.
  • Proven experience conducting discovery and qualification calls.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
  • Experience with sales engagement tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

  • 3–5 years of BDR/SDR experience with proven quota attainment.
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale.
  • Background in account-based sales and multi-channel outreach.
