What you will do
- Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify business needs, budget, and decision-making processes.
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via phone, social outreach, and email.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation in platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to prepare handoff notes and optimize sales messaging.
- Track outreach activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales.
- Proven experience conducting discovery and qualification calls.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Experience with sales engagement tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Outreach.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- 3–5 years of BDR/SDR experience with proven quota attainment.
- Experience selling B2B SaaS or technology solutions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale.
- Background in account-based sales and multi-channel outreach.
