What you will do
- Manage a named-account list of 100–200 accounts, prioritizing pipeline quality over dial volume.
- Conduct senior outbound conversations and discovery calls with VP-level and C-level executives.
- Execute signal-driven outreach by analyzing regulatory shifts, earnings calls, and leadership moves.
- Handoff BANT-qualified opportunities to Account Executives via HubSpot.
- Develop and optimize a personal AI toolstack using Claude, n8n, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Pilot, train, and scale AI SDRs for both inbound and outbound workflows.
Requirements
- Top-tier university degree or 2-4 years of professional working experience.
- Strong commercial curiosity and ability to translate market signals into outreach strategies.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency with AI tools and automation (e.g., Claude, n8n, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office.
Nice to have
- Native or near-native proficiency in any Nordic language.
- Experience or exposure to maintenance, industrial, or service-related environments.
