What you will do

  • Manage a named-account list of 100–200 accounts, prioritizing pipeline quality over dial volume.
  • Conduct senior outbound conversations and discovery calls with VP-level and C-level executives.
  • Execute signal-driven outreach by analyzing regulatory shifts, earnings calls, and leadership moves.
  • Handoff BANT-qualified opportunities to Account Executives via HubSpot.
  • Develop and optimize a personal AI toolstack using Claude, n8n, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Pilot, train, and scale AI SDRs for both inbound and outbound workflows.

Requirements

  • Top-tier university degree or 2-4 years of professional working experience.
  • Strong commercial curiosity and ability to translate market signals into outreach strategies.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and automation (e.g., Claude, n8n, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office.

Nice to have

  • Native or near-native proficiency in any Nordic language.
  • Experience or exposure to maintenance, industrial, or service-related environments.
