What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads and create business opportunities for UK Account Executives.
  • Engage prospects using advanced sales development techniques and tools.
  • Identify customer pain points and effectively present the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to optimize lead quality.
  • Forecast performance and prioritize the inbound lead pipeline.
  • Contribute to team onboarding and share subject-matter expertise as you grow.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • At least 12 months of experience as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in inbound or outbound lead generation.
  • English proficiency: B2 level or equivalent required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
