What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases in standalone and clustered environments.
• Manage high-availability solutions including Failover Clustering and Always On Availability Groups.
• Perform database installations, upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery planning.
• Monitor database performance and resolve complex performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Implement security controls, encryption, and ensure compliance with federal requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must reside and work from AZ, FL, KS, VA, KY, MO, TN, TX, or GA.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server backup/recovery and clustered architecture.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SQL Server reporting, integration, and analysis services.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Experience with MySQL on Ubuntu.
