What you will do

• Monitor and maintain production database systems to ensure high uptime and reliability.
• Optimize database performance through advanced query tuning, indexing, and system improvements.
• Design and improve stored procedures, tables, and views to enhance overall system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes.
• Deploy Azure-based solutions including Logic Apps, Functions, and automation workflows.
• Contribute to database architecture improvements and new environment designs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience with database technologies.
• Strong T-SQL skills with expertise in stored procedures, tables, and views.
• Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL DB.
• Demonstrated ability in query performance tuning and database optimization.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, and Automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# or VB.NET.
