Senior Program Manager (Games)

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD annually.

A startup multimedia studio behind the hit indie horror franchise Poppy Playtime, currently expanding its Games Division.

What you will do

• Own the GM's recurring meeting cadence, including leadership syncs and milestone reviews.
• Aggregate status, risks, and metrics from Production, Engineering, Art, and other departments into decision-ready summaries.
• Maintain the division's OKR tracking and prepare materials for QBRs and board-level reporting.
• Track open decisions and action items, ensuring clean handoffs and follow-through across cross-functional teams.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and document processes within the GM's office.
• Coordinate special projects such as hiring plans, org design support, and governance rollouts.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Must be based in the United States with alignment to US time zones.
• Demonstrated record of exercising independent judgment and supporting senior executives (VP level or above).
• Proficiency with modern operating tools including Confluence, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Strong organizational instincts and ability to build systems for tracking work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex situations into concise summaries.

Nice to have

• Experience in video games, film/TV production, or other creative-development industries.
• Familiarity with game development production processes like milestones, gates, and greenlight reviews.
• Background working in or around C-level offices or in a Chief of Staff capacity.
