Salary: $94,000–$114,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead the migration of user-facing documentation to modern, AI-optimized hubs structured for semantic search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Audit and organize internal knowledge governance and Confluence spaces across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Embed within engineering and product squads as a coach to optimize Agile practices and tighten SDLC delivery loops.
• Establish a tactical communication rhythm and predictable alignment between R&D and Go-To-Market (Sales, CS, Marketing) teams.
• Leverage product analytics (Pendo) to track feature adoption and derive behavioral insights using the "5 Whys" methodology.
• Manage complex cross-functional R&D programs, coordinating high-visibility launches and resolving technical dependencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, or product/engineering operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the US within a ~2 hour drive of specified hubs (LA, SF, Denver, Austin, Chicago, or NYC).
• Experience migrating documentation from legacy systems and a strong understanding of how LLMs consume structured data.
• Proficiency in product analytics tools like Pendo to optimize digital adoption.
• Proven track record of auditing and structurally organizing sprawling internal resource sites such as Confluence or SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Business, Process Improvement, Operations, or Technology Management.
