Senior Technical Program Manager (Engineering) (AI)

Location: USA - Remote

Base salary: $152,000–$190,000 for locations elsewhere in the U.S.; $166,000–$208,000 for San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle. Equity, bonus, and a 10% annual bonus may also be offered.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs spanning hardware, software, and research.
• Define workstreams, milestones, roadmaps, and execution plans across multiple teams.
• Coordinate engineering, research, product, and operations priorities and timelines.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, trade-offs, risks, and interdependencies.
• Build lightweight processes and tooling that help programs scale sustainably.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong technical acumen, with experience working with engineering or applied machine learning teams.
• Experience coordinating programs involving both hardware and software.
• Experience with AI-forward program management practices and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and infrastructure requirements.
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructure cost optimization.
• Experience with multi-region, multi-cloud deployments and distributed-systems performance optimization.
• Experience with software-defined infrastructure and networking.
• Cloud platform certification or hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
