What you will do

• Lead execution of complex strategic initiatives, including M&A integration and AI transformation programs.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and governance structures.
• Coordinate integration workstreams for acquisition onboarding and post-merger operational alignment.
• Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to improve decision-making.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline program execution and operational efficiency.
• Manage dependencies and risks across a complex portfolio of concurrent strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, consulting, or corporate development.
• 5+ years of experience working within a SaaS company or technical e-commerce role.
• Must be based in the Eastern or Central United States and available to work standard business hours (8am – 5pm).
• Demonstrated AI fluency (e.g., Claude Chat) to improve operational effectiveness in a business environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with significant executive stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or Management.
• PMP or similar project/program management certification.
• Experience supporting board-level reporting or investor-related operational initiatives.
• Background in consulting, strategy, or business transformation environments.
