What you will do

• Own AI program strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business goals and senior leadership expectations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI initiatives, including LLM-powered products, automation, and analytics.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical architectures in collaboration with data scientists and ML engineers.
• Establish program governance, operating rhythms, and risk management while maintaining executive communications.
• Provide technical oversight for solution design to ensure robustness, scalability, and security of AI solutions.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, including technical evaluations and performance management for cloud and model providers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 10+ years in technology consulting and delivery, specifically with Big 3 or top-tier firms.
• 5+ years of program or portfolio management leading multi-disciplinary tech programs with multi-million dollar budgets.
• Proven track record of delivering AI, data, or analytics programs (LLM/ML) into production.
• Technical background in Software Engineering or Data Science with the ability to read code (Python, Java, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
