What you will do
- Lead complex cross-functional programs in matrixed environment, formulating plans through ambiguity and maintaining stakeholder momentum
- Identify risks to product readiness, guide consensus on decisions, and track KPIs for launch lifecycle health
- Define requirements for tools like process flows, dashboards, and readiness frameworks
- Improve workflows from development to launch, applying learnings for broader impact
- Build relationships across product, engineering, marketing, revenue, legal, and support for alignment
- Drive rhythm of business, manage critical issues, and share best practices for operational rigor
Requirements
- Location: Must work remotely from United States
- 9+ years in program/product/project management, customer success, or related (or Bachelor's +7 years, or equivalent)
- 3+ years in complex matrixed organizations
- 3+ years driving cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, marketing, revenue stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS/cloud PDLC, launch readiness, release management, GTM operations
- Track record building operational frameworks in high-growth environments
- Data-driven reporting with dashboards/scorecards
- Active use of AI tools for productivity
- Passion for , open source, developer tools
