hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that provides scalable infrastructure for developers and enterprises, focusing on GPU orchestration and inference optimization.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end contracting lifecycle from quote to signature, validating commercial requests and pricing terms.
  • Configure billing tools and ensure that contractual terms and billing details are accurately reflected in internal systems.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to facilitate seamless contract execution and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with Finance to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies and prepare operational reports.
  • Identify operational gaps or blockers in deal execution and proactively escalate issues.
  • Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines and margin policies during the processing of sales requests.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, Revenue, Billing, or Finance Operations.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ERP tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial impact of operational decisions, including pricing and margin considerations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • English: B2 proficiency required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Experience working within SaaS or technology companies.
  • Prior exposure to managing contracts, invoices, or payment processes.
