Sales Development Representative (SDR): Driving pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting with an accent on high-volume cold outreach and multi-channel engagement. What you will do
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
- Execute high-volume outbound activities including 30–40 cold calls and 60–100 daily outreach touches.
- Develop and optimize multi-touch outreach sequences across phone and video messaging.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs and high-quality pipeline generation.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
- Proven experience with cold calling, email outreach, and sales engagement platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Highly organized, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- 2–4 years of SDR or BDR experience with a track record of quota attainment.
- Experience selling into B2B SaaS, marketing services, or technology companies.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, MEDDIC, or Challenger Sale.
- Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.
