TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
  • Execute high-volume outbound activities including 30–40 cold calls and 60–100 daily outreach touches.
  • Develop and optimize multi-touch outreach sequences across phone and video messaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs and high-quality pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • Proven experience with cold calling, email outreach, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Highly organized, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • 2–4 years of SDR or BDR experience with a track record of quota attainment.
  • Experience selling into B2B SaaS, marketing services, or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, MEDDIC, or Challenger Sale.
  • Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.
