TL;DR

Focus on leveraging sales tools, refining outbound messaging, and developing skills towards full-cycle sales.

Location: US remote (NYC HQ, offices in Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, Seattle, or anywhere in US; no visa sponsorship; NYC-based salary with potential NY state tax withholding)

Salary: $45,000 base + $12,000 bonus potential (up to $57,000 OTE)

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound sales via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messages to generate interest and meetings.
  • Target Finance, Operations, and IT leaders for SpendHound's free renewal management tools.
  • Utilize sales tech stack including Salesforce, Groove, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to refine messaging and develop skills.
  • Drive growth for SpendHound in the spend management space.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in high-velocity sales as top-performing SDR/BDR
  • High proficiency in English for business environment
  • Experience at U.S.-based tech company selling to U.S. prospects with strong cold-calling focus
  • Track record of exceeding targets
  • Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, grit, and coachability
  • Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, positive outlook, sound judgment
