TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound sales channels to fuel territorial revenue growth with an accent on lead generation and customer engagement. Focus on building relationships with potential clients, managing leads in Salesforce, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive pipeline.

Location: Hybrid: Must work from an assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week (Offices in London, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, or Warsaw)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers via various sales channels and respond to inquiries.
  • Engage potential clients through calls, emails, and marketing efforts to create new business opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery discussions to understand customer requirements and articulate how hirify.global solutions can meet their needs.
  • Consistently meet established quota targets for territorial revenue growth.
  • Maintain lead metrics and adhere to company standards within the Salesforce system.
  • Close deals independently for smaller organizations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from an assigned office in EMEA (London, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, or Warsaw) 3 days per week.
  • Strong interest in transitioning into an outbound sales role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-centric environment.
  • Experience engaging with customers and resolving challenges.
  • Excellent time management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to identify potential customer opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a lead generation or sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in a performance-driven role focused on specific metrics.
