What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a senior IT platform engineering team with full people management lifecycle ownership
• Own delivery accountability for major IT programs including identity maturation, PAM deployment, and network-as-a-service
• Manage vendor and partner relationships with milestone accountability and risk escalation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, GRC, Legal, People, and Finance translating technical risk into business language
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture reviews, identity design, and vendor validation

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years enterprise IT experience with 3+ years managing senior technical teams
• Hands-on experience with identity platforms (Okta, Entra), IAM/IGA program delivery, and network infrastructure
• Multi-cloud proficiency (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional influence skills
• Excellent communication skills and agile methodology proficiency
• Comfortable with rotating on-call schedule and occasional after-hours response
