TL;DR

Creative Director (SaaS): Leading the brand and creative function to evolve visual identity and creative standards across all customer and employee touchpoints with an accent on brand consistency and high-impact storytelling. Focus on building and mentoring a multidisciplinary creative team, establishing scalable creative processes, and translating business strategy into integrated campaigns.

Location: Must be based in Boston, MA, with a hybrid expectation of 3 days per week on-site.

Salary: $155,000–$206,000 (Base), OTE: $194,000–$258,000.

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the visual identity, brand system, and creative standards across all channels.
  • Translate business and go-to-market strategy into creative concepts for campaigns and thought leadership.
  • Lead creative direction for integrated campaigns from concept through production.
  • Build and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, including graphic and motion designers.
  • Establish scalable creative processes for intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with executive leadership on keynotes, investor materials, and major company announcements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand design, or art direction.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, integrated campaigns, and digital experiences.
  • Proven track record of connecting creative strategy to business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience leading creative teams and managing external agencies or vendors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Boston, MA 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or evolving a brand within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing channels and creative production workflows.
  • Experience partnering on employer branding or executive/investor communications.
