What you will do

• Own product areas end-to-end from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Translate complex operational requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Validate assumptions through direct customer interviews and usability tests.
• Integrate AI tools such as Claude and Cursor to prototype flows and pressure-test logic.
• Contribute to the evolution and scaling of the platform's design system components and patterns.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and interaction design for complex, systems-heavy products.
• Proven track record of owning projects from definition to measurable business impact.
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
• Must be based in the USA
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering and product management.
